Hi,
I think this great what you have done with giving people of Tulare county a place to look into haunting around this area. Anyway my name is Spacenvader and the reason I am here is that I am looking for information about any strange experiences at Balch Park. Last summer while camping in campsite 1 during the late hours of the night something kept shaking our truck. I thought it was a bear at first but the second or third time it happened I turned the lights on and ran out to see what has causing the shakings . I couldn't find anything. I like to note that the wind was also very light that night. We left the next day. I was too spooked to stay another night. The second strange occurrence I remember happened 4 years ago. I was fishing at one of the ponds and I couldn't shake the feeling that someone or something was watching me. I was the only one at the pond except for the rangers that would drive by every few hours. Anyway, hopefully I will run into maybe someone else that may have had experiences up there.
